    Default Die Cast

Anybody else also like/collect the little cars?

Before my sons were born, I was a big time HotWheels collector. I managed to accumulate a 10,000+ piece collection. Since then, I've had to sell quite a few off to finance other projects. I still pick them up up when I see something I like, usually vintage race related, but not like I use to.

    How about you?

My wife & I used to spend many hours building model cars when we were in Japan but haven't done any in a while.

Built this die cast last year (found it still in box at a Garage Sale)

Default Hotwheels, Model Cars & Trucks,

Yes this hobby is very addictive, I have collected hot wheels, build model cars and trucks, anything with wheels I have been addicted. I have been collecting since I was a child, and still have a full basement. I guess I am not the only person with this problem.

Do these have any collector value yet? I have the original 9, MIP, with the first numbering system.

Just a few days ago, at wally world, I saw new ones. They were in a box instead of blisters, and said MM2 in a shield type logo. They were 1/64, looked like the originals, but were much more refined with white letter tires and such. Are these the last ones?
