    Default Need some help 1940 Buick Hotrod Hood or Nope

    So i been thinking about just removing the hood what do you think?

    The hood doesnt fit right with the rest the body cause they connected it all so i would have to add to the hood

    I like it better with the hood on. I don't have the experience, to suggest changes.

    Alright just need alot work to make it fit nice probably would have to add to the hood

    X2, I like the looks with the hood on, to me, the 40's/50's cars look better with a hood. The 20's/30's look good without a hood. Just my opinion. But, it's your car, do what you like best!

    I missed seeing this post, but I will give my vote now for the hood on the car. I think it would look much better that way.
