Default Found this at K-Mart on HotWheels collectors day..

So I thought I would build it, everyone in the Maverick forum i'm in hated the way the HotWheels made the Street Beasts Maverick collection, everyone but me, so I decided to build mine like one of them (was going to build two but my first one the blue one got totaled) it's getting close and soon I will put together a Showroom Folder on my profile page, as soon as I can drive it to take decent pics.....

Not a Hotwheel....it's a ZIP ZAP RC. Same size/scale. Lil bondo and sanding with a fingernail file = Sunbird. LOL

Good times with the dog and the kitchen floor.

Hot wheels had a 1:18 th scale 2005 corvette convertible in Victory Red but tan interior. I found some model paint and changed the interior to black like mine.

Just like the HotWheels car in the package, gotta cut my stripes when I get brave enough, roll of reflective white vinyl was costly!

Thanks, my paint supply guy matched the color spot on, I took him the HotWheels car and he mixed the color so well I put a tiny daub on top of the HW car and can't tell the difference, the vinyl stripes will be custom designed and cut by me!
I have a computer controlled vinyl cutting machine.
