3nd.after market horns and steering wheel
before i switch my steering wheel
i had dual horns hooked up.they worked for awhile.and then idk what happen
they quite and i could only run one...they both work though
then i switched to an after market steering wheel...i had to remove the swivel piece behind wheel that has air bag wire and horn wire ran though

    1) Park brakes are usually Justa single cable back to a bracket, then a 2nd cable to both wheels. Which cable is broken or is the assembly frozen/rusted in your back drums? You will need to replace cables. I have soaked a rusted cable in a bucket of used motor oil to free them up.

    2) You should be able to tap into your wire harness comming out the steering column.

3)Whatever steering wheel you put on there, should sell the correct install kit for your car. Your horns is anybodys guess as to how you wired them.

Hope there is some Cav'y owners that could give you a LIL more info.
