Default pulling out the engine n trans

i know i dont post on here often, never know what to say
plus the lack of having my own comp right now ,well least one i can access sites fast and regular

    anyways
a few people on here knows the trouble that started early 2011
    the blowing of my trans
i went about an year on it ,limping...and it got worse and worse

    well lately the process began
idk how but i saved up money for an trans.got an deal and couldn't pass it up

then i sold my rims i had.all the trouble i went though to get them, selling of my 360 and the hour drive and the hassle dude gave me

    so i sold them
and started the tear down of my engine n trans, well least pulling it out

i spent about 150 on parts right out of the box.on stuff i know i needed and a few things i know needed to be replaced

well alot more broke then planed, mainly suspension parts
so the money i was saving to get it legal again,,went
and still i have not got all the parts i needed

cause when i pulled the engine out i found a few more things needed to be replaced cause i will not drive it with how these parts are
idk how they didn't break when i was driven it.

but right now i am cleaning everything up.moving things for an nicer cleaner look that i couldn't when everything was in way

    and gonna paint everything up
so when hood is popped.gonna look nice and clean, fanially

i added some pics in my album if u wanna check

i try to post more and keep updated on this site
if you aint breaking it.you aint driven it right.haha

and then another and another, lol.its an never ending process...and i wont just go with stock

like my tie rod and ball joint both have grease fitting, stock didnt
sway bar bushing and end links are both energy suspenion so way much better then stock
no a/c now so i got an better belt for that

other things i could use stock cause u know, lol

but my hid's...10000k i got now
new better license plate light .led...lol.so i am sure everyone can see that now
and wipers.gotta be able to see.lol

so many parts but dont seem like that much money
if you aint breaking it.you aint driven it right.haha

yea like i know my tie rods needed replace so i got them early
my sway bar end links broke when was taking them off as well as ball joint
then when engine was out i got to see how bad moter mounts were.i know one was bad,,,but when its gone, its time to replace
so since all these bushing needed replace.might as well do them all at once and get it over cause do one do them all.and right now the best time.lol

but right now its sitting and 1 thing i hate,is parts sitting and not going on
if you aint breaking it.you aint driven it right.haha

Ya my wife always asks me "how long will you be working on it", I'll say "ah, only about an hour", she'll reply, "ok, I'll see you in 3 hours"...

It killed me this past winter, I had a bunch of stuff I wanted to get done on my Buick, well all winter went by and nothing was done.

I had to do a bunch of work in one months time that I had 4 months to work on before...

    well latest update

    at an stand still yet
95-97 cavalier 2.2 engine do not have an side pulley and because of this.the belt thats made for my engine with no a/c way to long
so trying to find out if an 98-newer will work

also found an after market water coolant outlet but turns out to be for an 2/4
i like it cause it has ports for gauge hookups which is nice cause then i wont have to get an adaptor which will have to be slice into my rad hose.which wasnt cheap anyways, and its not stock

other then that, the cold, rain been preventing me from making any more progress
still trying to get money so i can order my parts list
if you aint breaking it.you aint driven it right.haha

Never worked on a 2.2, but doesn't make sense to me your gauge would monitor cold water that has passed throught the rad and entering the engine. Engine needs to be monitored for coolant needs.

the adaptor i found last year ,it goes into rad hose...which cost me 70 for both, way better then stock
and i hate to cut an good hose to run the adaptor for the gauges

thats why when i seen this housing i was like oh 20 bucks and the fitting are right there, awesome
    so idk
the one hose is werid.it had an split hose in it....i never seen an setup like this before
if you aint breaking it.you aint driven it right.haha
