    Default Was thinking of adding a new trans and some new headers

    this spring in to summer just don't know what kind of trans to use dose any one have any idea what trans will work and will take the 480 or more FPQ or would it be easyer to add a 5 speed trans

    Is this a trans for the Cordoba? And if so do you have a 727 Torqueflite?

    hi yes its the cordoba . and it dose have the 727 i have no idea what trans would work with overdrive

    One way would be to add a Gear Vendor over-drive to the A727 trans. Not cheap though...

    bin looking around seen some used ones on ebay for 2000 to 3000 and they were for turbo 400 chevy

    You would likely have to get a new one, for the A727, if available. The prices on used ones are too high anyway.
