    Default Sorry...

Personally. this year I set a goal of finishing top 10 in points, which I made so I cannot call it a bad year at all. Being in the top 10 of the USLMRA's biggest class is an accomplishment, which is why you get a trophy for it. Though I was ranked much higher at one point, being only ,my 2nd year at this level of competition I am pleased.
My engine program has picked up significantly from last year. That was my focus for this season and I did well with it. One of the engines I built posted the fastest speed in the class and the 3rd fastest lap time!
Next year is "chassis season", taking what I have learned from the past 2 seasons and building a new chassis for next year to hopefully improve on some handling and reliability issues (Zion's Belt Issue) from the current chassis.
My driving improved quite a bit as well, which means the overall program from this year was a significant improvement from last year. In the end that is what you hope for, the best equipment you can have, do your best job of driving it and it does take a sprinkle of good luck.
Next year I can go in to the season knowing I have the power, the chassis and the ability I need to pick up some checkered flags - nothing but air and opportunity between me and the winners circle! Hopefully all my sponsors will stay on board and maybe pick up a couple more.

Here are the championship points final results.
I have been working on a play by play, but have been 16-18 hr days since I got back so have been very little on the computer other than like now when I take a few minutes brake during the day.
