    Default P!ssed

This is the kind of stuff you need to change and has a tendency to p!ss people off. I just spent about 20-25 minutes responding to a post via a PM, re-reading what I had written, changing, ensuring I was getting my point across, and when I wanted to preview the message before sending, I'm kicked out and need to log back in, lost everything I had written. I guess I timed out, that needs to be changed to a longer period. When actively typing or in an active mode when composing, there should be nothing being timed out, the system should pick up on that there is activity going on while logged in. Frustrating as hell.

    Have no desire to re-write.

Never had that problem here. I have had it happen it the past elsewhere though. I learned to "copy" before previewing or submitting. If you get kicked off, just log back in and hit "paste". Never a problem anywhere again.
If winning was easy, then the losers would be winners.
I wish I was the man my dog thinks I am.

Haven't had the prob here, but its a big prob on other sites. ALWAYS right click N copy before hitting send/submit. I'm assuming it was a response to my PM to U?

That's an automatic "safety" that's set in place with vBulletin for people that share computers (with kids or friends). That way if a member walks away from the computer, someone else can't go in and post in his place.

You can bypass that feature by checking the "remember me" box near the login/password fields.

    Hope this helps!
